Burkey will team with design professionals to provide design-build services. We will work directly for the owner and participate in design development, budgeting, scheduling, contract document preparation, and scope development. The design team can either be contracted through us or directly by the owner. Either way, we will partner together to ensure a working unified team.
 

Design-Build is a method of project delivery in which one entity assumes total responsibility for both the design and construction of the project. This approach offers many advantages over the traditional Design/Bid/Build approach by using separate companies for the design and construction.
